Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for assigned customer accounts.
  • Handle basic customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, delivery charges, and lead times.
  • Support Sales by preparing quotations for spot enquiries.
  • Enter and update customer orders accurately in the ERP/Order Processing System.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Prepare and submit delivery documentation to enable invoicing.
  • Assist in clearing pending orders to support billing and order closure.
  • Track outstanding orders and follow up on order status, including basic payment status when required.
  • Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, and customer data in CRM/ERP/Shared Drive.
  • Support general office administration related to customer service and order management.


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service administration
  • Comfortable working with ERP/order management tools and standard delivery/invoicing documentation
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage high transaction volume and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
