Digital Transformation Consultant

• Assess current business processes, systems, and operations to identify digital transformation opportunities
• Develop end-to-end digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends
• Advise organizations on adopting emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, automation, and data analytics
• Design roadmaps for digital adoption, process automation, and system modernization
• Support organizational change management to ensure successful technology adoption
• Evaluate legacy systems and recommend modernization or replacement strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership teams to drive transformation initiatives
• Measure transformation success using KPIs such as efficiency gains, cost reduction, and digital maturity

Technology Consultant

• Provide expert advisory on technology solutions, architecture, and IT strategy
• Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate software, infrastructure, and platforms
• Support system implementation, integration, and deployment projects
• Evaluate vendors, tools, and technology stacks for business suitability
• Assist in solution design including cloud architecture, enterprise systems, and digital platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency, scalability, and security
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new technology initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver technology solutions
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance best practices

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field
• 3–10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or technology advisory roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and digital technologies
• Experience with business process analysis and technology implementation projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or ITIL frameworks is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong project management and consulting skills
• Experience in consulting firms or enterprise IT environments is preferred
