Job Description
TrustWork Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Information Technology Consultant to support the company's digital transformation initiatives and the development of technology-driven business processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, implementing and improving digital solutions to automate operational workflows, improve data management, enhance business efficiency and support the company's long-term growth and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
- Design and implement digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Develop and maintain databases, digital record management systems and business applications.
- Implement workflow automation and integrate digital solutions across various business functions.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable software, cloud-based applications and AI tools to improve productivity and business operations.
- Develop data reporting and analytics capabilities to support management decision-making.
- Improve document management, communication and operational workflows through technology solutions.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies that support the company's digital transformation strategy and future expansion plans.
- Coordinate technology implementation projects and provide technical support when required.
- Provide support on employment agency operational and administrative matters, including minor manpower-related activities, when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in information technology consulting, digital transformation or business systems implementation.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, database management, cloud technologies and business process improvement.
- Experience in implementing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Good analytical, communication and project coordination skills.
- Possession of CEI (KAH) certification will be an advantage.
