Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, including VIP guests, ensuring their journey is smooth, professional, and welcoming from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Warmly welcome and assist all visitors with a positive and professional attitude
• Efficiently handle visitor registration, including facial recognition enrolment
• Manage queues and maintain crowd control to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate visitor records in line with PDPA regulations
• Oversee daily key issuance, returns, and tracking
• Provide clear, friendly responses to public enquiries
• Monitor attendance and generate reports when needed
• Maintain records and assist with pre-enlistment document processing and digitisation
• Ensure compliance with all service SOPs, policies, and processes
• Adapt to changing rosters and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused, professional, and service-oriented
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle records and systems accurately
• Flexible and dependable, with a team-player mindset
• Prior Customer Service (front facing) experience would be advantageous
