- Handle service hotline, email enquiries, and service counter during office hours for clients and financial advisors.
- Respond to account opening, general account, and transaction-related enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service with the goal of achieving first-call resolution.
- Follow up with clients/advisors on account opening applications, transfer requests, and third-party payments.
- Verify client details, update forms, and assist with account password resets.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and follow-up tasks as assigned.
- Attend to walk-in customers at the service centre.
- Collaborate closely with various departments and other customer service team members.
