Customer Service Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Proper handling of client documentations
• Coordinate projects according to schedule and to client's satisfaction
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of related working experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills
• Team player with a positive work attitude
