Job Description

Location: Penjuru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm

Salary: $2,000 to $2,800

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory matters.
  • Perform accurate data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Handle order processing: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cancellations, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and billing documents in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email or phone.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security protocols.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for audits and traceability.
  • Uphold housekeeping and 5S standards in the office area.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel experience with WMS is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
