Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
Salary: $2,000 to $2,800
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory matters.
- Perform accurate data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Handle order processing: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cancellations, etc.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and billing documents in coordination with the accounts team.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email or phone.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for audits and traceability.
- Uphold housekeeping and 5S standards in the office area.
- Support internal and external audits as required.

Job Requirements
- Minimum O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel experience with WMS is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
