You will support daily operations by communicating effectively with suppliers and clients, managing data using Microsoft Office and accounting software, and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to coordinate with suppliers and clients for smooth business operations
- Use Microsoft Office and accounting software to input, organize, and verify financial and operational data accurately
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and support overall team goals
- Pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed at least O level or hold a Diploma certificate
