Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire a Customer Care Officer
Location: Kallang
Salary: up to $2,900 + enhanced bonus scheme upon completion of milestones (Start, half and end, 0.5 months)
Work hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm
Your new role
. Manage customer's enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
. Simultaneously handle multiple chats
. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
. Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
. Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
. At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
. Strong customer service skills
. Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
. Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
. Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
