Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process Change Requests (CR) in line with deployment and project requirements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the iCHAMP platform, including creation, modification, submission, and management of Change Requests.
  • Conduct impact analysis and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to implementation.
  • Coordinate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth and timely deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and release governance processes.
  • Track Change Requests (CR) end-to-end and provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to users on iCHAMP platform usage and workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes through data insights, best practices, and system optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides tosupport effective use of iCHAMP.
  • Troubleshoot system and process issues, and perform root causes analysis.
  • Developand implement customised solutions to address operational and system challenges.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Min 3 years of experiences in Change Requests management.
  • Prior experience or certification in iCHAMP platform is required.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexible to work shifts and able to support night shifts, if required.
