Stakeholder Engagement: Manage high-level networking, international cooperation, and resource acquisition to drive corporate brand promotion.
Operational Excellence: Establish business operation systems, including market analysis, bidding, project tracking, and client relationship management.
Technical & Safety Support: Assist in overseas security management and emergency response promote R&D and technical collaboration in water, environmental, and energy sectors.
Resource Integration: Coordinate with internal business departments and external partners to integrate upstream and downstream resources for international growth.
Risk & Challenge Resolution: Address key challenges in overseas projects and guide commercial risk assessments for major initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Educational Background: PhD or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (required for high-level technical and policy analysis).
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas market development, preferably in the water, environmental protection, or green energy sectors.
Core Competencies:
Strong risk awareness and alignment with international regulatory compliance and corporate ethics.
Proven track record in international bidding and project lifecycle management.
Willingness for long-term overseas residency in Malaysia or Serbia.
