Control the end-to-end business process of a project, program, or account. Highlight outliers and drive corrective and preventive actions. Lead or contribute to structural improvements to enhance the company's profitability.
- Monitor projects profitability development closely and outliers for early intervention
- Support the Business Manager and Account Manager with preparations needed for the MT reporting sessions.
- Report the order results to the Business Controller, Program Manager, Account Manager and Business Manager (BC, PM, AM & BM) in a clear and consistent way.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions with respective stakeholders to manage project costs and to ensure the project execution complies with our ISO procedures.
- Control and reduce product costs by monitoring costs and define and drive costs reduction roadmaps.
- Responsible for supporting cost and quote calculations where needed with additional analyses, considerations and advice to ensure reliable expectations and predictable outcomes
- Responsible to contribute to structural improvement projects. Provide insights about how the logistical process impacts the financial process and how improvements can increase profitability.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred, but we place greater emphasis on: relevant skills, proficiency, and the ability to contribute meaningfully from day one.
- Ability to articulate ideas and finding clearly with different stakeholder
- High level of end-to-end business process knowledge is expected.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A structured, data-driven mindset paired with a resourceful and proactive attitude.
- Data analytics skills will be an advantage, e.g. excel, SQL, Power BI etc.
