Job Description

Purpose: Create VDL brand awareness through outreach to learning institutions, government platforms, recruitment agencies and advertising agencies. To support the talent acquisition process of hiring the right person to meet the company's needs and objectives.

  • Outreach to learning institutions, government agencies, and recruitment and advertising agencies to build up talent pipeline.
  • Support the recruitment process to hire the right person for the right job.
  • Initiate the onboarding process so that all stakeholders are informed of new employees coming on board.
  • Review job description in Centranum to ensure alignment with hiring manager's expectation. To get line manager to update JD in Centranum if necessary.
  • Organise interview with hiring managers for candidates shortlisted by hiring managers.
  • Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in handling in‑house recruitment, preferably within a corporate HR environment
  • Strong capability in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
  • Good understanding of Fair Employment Practices, ensuring recruitment activities are conducted objectively, fairly, and in compliance with local guidelines
  • Hands‑on experience or working knowledge in work pass applications and administration
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring compliance, quality of hire, and timely delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Meticulous about details
