We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our Singapore Companies team as a Corporate Secretarial Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Control and management of all company secretarial matters in respect of Singapore companies set up by clients including maintenance of correspondence, corporate files and registers.
All regulatory compliance requirements, ACRA/BIZ filings, IRAS e-stamping.
Reviewing and forwarding company mail and ensuring clients are advised.
Conducting client due diligence and maintaining records.
Any other matters which may be required by the Manager in Charge or the Directors
Ensure efficient maintenance of corporate database
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
3 - 5 years experiences in financial services or with relevant corporate secretarial experience with a professional firm.
Diploma/ Degree in Corporate Administration or other related field.
Ability to converse in Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Methodical and meticulous.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office (MS) applications - Word / Excel / PowerPoint/ Nitro
Proactive and ability to work in a team
