Join a dynamic team as a Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies and enhancing corporate banking solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-implementation review. Drive the development and enhancement of banking products and digital solutions. Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely product delivery and compliance with regulations. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for product implementation and enhancement. Participate in product implementation projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on feedback and market trends. Maintain product-related policies, procedures, and documentation to meet compliance standards. Support product commercialization through the development of marketing materials and proposals. Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to internal teams. Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking, corporate banking, or a related field. Prior experience in credit analysis, corporate lending, and loan documentation is advantageous. Basic familiarity with corporate banking products, including loans and trade finance. Strong financial statement analysis skills and understanding of credit risk factors. Awareness of KYC, AML/CFT, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities. Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn. Experience in credit-related roles within banks or financial institutions is an added advantage.
