The Corporate Product Manager role offers an opportunity to drive the development and enhancement of banking products and digital solutions that support customer onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and online banking services. Working within a hybrid arrangement and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, the position plays a key role in shaping product strategy, improving customer experience, and supporting business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the customer onboarding journey and lifecycle KYC processes, including the digitalisation of internal and external workflows
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to launch and post-implementation optimisation
Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure products and processes meet regulatory and internal requirements
Support the enhancement of online banking services by participating in projects, system implementations, and User Acceptance Testing for new and existing functionalities
Develop and execute product strategies and initiatives that contribute to business growth and revenue objectives
Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements
Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to business teams on new products, enhancements, and process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered
3 to 5 years of experience in banking product management, preferably within corporate online banking, cash management, client onboarding and KYC process enhancement, or product governance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and engage with business partners and service providers
Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work with strong follow-through
Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing competing priorities within tight timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to support communication with Chinese-speaking internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
