Corporate Finance, Assistant Manager (Data Centre)

Key Responsibilities

. Manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of financing-related documentation to banks and financial institutions.

. Oversee end-to-end corporate financing processes, including financing structure alignment, application materials preparation, and approval of progress tracking.

. Monitor the disbursement of financing proceeds and maintain standardized financing ledgers.

. Assist in financing cost control, risk management, and repayment planning.

. Prepare regular reports on financing progress, key issues, and improvement recommendations to the Deputy CFO.

. Ensure stable funding support to meet the company's operational and project development needs.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade, or related fields.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, banking, cross-border financing, or project finance.

. Familiarity with cross-border financing procedures, financial market practices, and relevant regulations is a strong plus.

. Candidates with proven track records in completed overseas financing projects are highly preferred.

. Added advantage: Knowledge of financing products (syndicated loans, project finance, etc.) and negotiation capabilities.
