Description
Manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of financing-related documentation to banks and financial institutions.
Oversee end-to-end corporate financing processes, including financing structure alignment, application materials preparation, and approval of progress tracking.
Monitor the disbursement of financing proceeds and maintain standardized financing ledgers.
Assist in financing cost control, risk management, and repayment planning.
Prepare regular reports on financing progress, key issues, and improvement recommendations to the Deputy CFO.
Ensure stable funding support to meet the company's operational and project development needs.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, banking, cross-border financing, or project finance.
Familiarity with cross-border financing procedures, financial market practices, and relevant regulations is a strong plus.
Candidates with proven track records in completed overseas financing projects are highly preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Added advantage: Knowledge of financing products (syndicated loans, project finance, etc.) and negotiation capabilities.
