Description

• Manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of financing-related documentation to banks and financial institutions.

• Oversee end-to-end corporate financing processes, including financing structure alignment, application materials preparation, and approval of progress tracking.

• Monitor the disbursement of financing proceeds and maintain standardized financing ledgers.

• Assist in financing cost control, risk management, and repayment planning.

• Prepare regular reports on financing progress, key issues, and improvement recommendations to the Deputy CFO.

• Ensure stable funding support to meet the company's operational and project development needs.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, banking, cross-border financing, or project finance.

• Familiarity with cross-border financing procedures, financial market practices, and relevant regulations is a strong plus.

• Candidates with proven track records in completed overseas financing projects are highly preferred.

• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Added advantage: Knowledge of financing products (syndicated loans, project finance, etc.) and negotiation capabilities.
