Job Responsibilities

  • Support and execute communications strategies to enhance branding, thought leadership, and positive company narratives.
  • Develop content for internal and external channels, including internal newsletter, press releases, website posts, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and collaborate with team members across all platforms.
  • Assist with communication initiatives, project deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct research, generate insights, and analyze communication campaign performance.
  • Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality video content from initial ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (knowing how to leverage on GenAI tools will be a plus).
  • Help to co-manage all aspects of video production, including handling all logistical aspects such as equipment setup, and stakeholders coordination. You will also ensure smooth production during the actual shoots and maintain high standards throughout the entire process. - This is working alongside with the main video producer in the team already.
  • Contribute to a variety of communications and engagement tasks, demonstrating versatility and resourcefulness (e.g., project management, vendor coordination, copywriting and building executive ready presentation decks).
  • Plan and execute public relations, employer branding, and CSR/community outreach events.
  • Support on event logistics, and administrative matters for the department.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Head.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a Corporate Communications role
  • Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong administrative skills are essential, as the role involves navigating various internal processes and systems; adaptability and resourcefulness will be valuable.
  • Ability to ideate and script video content
  • Experience with post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.)
