Role Description
This leadership role is responsible for driving marketing strategy, brand growth, and demand generation across multiple countries within a region (e.g., APAC, EMEA, or LATAM). It combines strategic planning, brand leadership, performance marketing, and cross-market execution to deliver revenue and market share growth.

- Marketing Head (regional or country-level) focuses on overall marketing leadership, brand positioning, campaign execution, and team management
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing regional marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
- Leading brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across multiple markets
- Driving integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and ATL/BTL channels
- Managing regional marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI optimization
- Overseeing performance marketing, CRM, content, and social media strategy
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
- Ensuring consistent brand identity while adapting to local market needs
- Partnering with Sales, Product, and Country Managers to drive pipeline and revenue
- Managing regional agencies, vendors, and creative partners
- Tracking KPIs such as brand awareness, CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
Qualifications (Must-have)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 8–15+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles
- Strong experience managing multi-country or regional marketing functions
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaigns
- Ability to manage budgets, teams, and complex cross-market operations
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Adobe Experience Cloud
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Background in industries such as FMCG, retail, tech, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce
- Experience leading brand launches, rebranding, or regional expansion campaigns
- Exposure to performance marketing, CRM lifecycle marketing, and demand generation
- Experience working in matrix organizations with global HQ alignment
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
- MBA or advanced marketing qualification is a plus
- Experience leading large regional marketing teams
