Role Overview:
As the Head of Commercial Analytics & Insights - a senior leadership role with a strong mandate to shape how data drives commercial decisions across the business, you will be sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial impact, and is ideal for someone who enjoys building capability, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape an enterprise-wide commercial analytics and insights function
- Partner closely with senior leadership to identify growth, efficiency, and profitability opportunities
- Drive deep analytical work across performance, portfolios, and customer behaviour
- Build scalable reporting, dashboards, and insight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Champion data governance, analytics best practices, and a data-driven culture
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or commercial insights, with proven leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into compelling business narratives
- Background in financial services or other regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI or similar)
- Track record of building or scaling analytics / insights teams
