Join us as the Manager, Social & Lifestyle, where you will plan, coordinate, and deliver vibrant events and programmes that bring Club Members together and create meaningful experiences. From concept to execution, you will work closely with internal teams, trusted partners, and the Social & Lifestyle Sub-Committee to bring each initiative to life-whether it's an elegant soirée, a lively family day, or a fresh new concept. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide the team, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed to delight members, uphold service standards, and foster strong engagement within the Club.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the Social & Lifestyle team in the day-to-day execution of programmes and events
Provide on-the-ground support and coordination to ensure smooth operations
Assist in staff scheduling, development, and manpower planning for activities and events
Plan and coordinate the Club's Social & Lifestyle calendar, including key events and recurring programmes
Propose and implement new programme ideas to enhance member engagement and participation
Monitor attendance and feedback, and recommend improvements where necessary
Support budget planning and track expenses to ensure programmes remain within approved limits
Oversee the end-to-end execution of events to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Coordinate with internal departments on logistics, manpower, and operational requirements
Ensure events are delivered in line with approved plans and service standards
Maintain proper documentation for planning, approvals, and post-event reviews
Engage with members during events to enhance their overall experience
Gather feedback and insights to improve future programmes
Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure service quality and smooth event delivery
Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. F&B, Marketing, Operations) for coordinated execution
Support other duties and projects assigned by Management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in event planning or lifestyle programming, with team management experience.
Strong track record delivering successful and creative events.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools familiarity with Canva is a plus.
Budget planning and vendor negotiation experience.
A service-driven mindset with a commitment to member satisfaction.
Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable to a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
