Are you a seasoned contracts professional with strong tendering experience Our client, a leading A1 Main Contractor, is looking for a Contracts Manager (Tender) to join their dynamic team and contribute to landmark building projects across Singapore.

With a strong portfolio of completed and ongoing projects - ranging from mixed-use developments and private residential estates to institutional and HDB projects - our client is a trusted name in the construction industry. Known for their quality, safety, and timely delivery, they continue to lead in shaping Singapore's built environment.

Role Overview

As a Contracts Manager (Tender), you will play a key role in the tendering and cost management process, working closely with stakeholders across departments. This role reports directly to the Head of Department, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for building projects
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify cost and contractual risks
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Technical and Project Teams) to ensure accurate pricing
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for cost inputs and quotations
• Monitor tender progress and ensure timely submission
• Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and pricing trends

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in tendering and contract administration, preferably with an A1 main contractor
• Strong knowledge of local building contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA) and tender processes
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
