Position 1: Construction Manager - Upto SG$ 12,500
Position 2: Project Manager - Upto SG$ 17,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the full construction lifecycle of private sector building projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities (e.g., BCA, HDB), subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage construction schedules, sequencing, and resources to meet project milestones.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, quality standards, BCA codes, workplace safety, and ISO certifications.
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct progress meetings, site inspections, and quality audits with stakeholders.
- Enforce safety measures and work closely with WSH Officers and safety teams to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, recognised by BCA/PE Board.
- Minimum 812 years of relevant experience in building construction (HDB/BCA projects).
- Strong track record managing building construction projects such as residential, commercial, or Hotels in Singapore.
- Excellent understanding of BCA/HDB regulations, statutory submissions, and approval processes.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors, safety compliance, and site operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and drive projects to timely completion.
