Responsibilities
- Oversee all contractual and commercial matters for assigned projects.
- Lead and guide a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, procurement, and contract administration.
- Review contracts, ensure compliance with terms, and handle claims/variations.
- Provide advice to management on cost and contractual risks.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
