Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the identification, notification and preparation of variations and claims for a time extension and associated loss and expense;
Participating, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing all contractual correspondence and documentation. Maintain contractual records and documentations control of all contract correspondence including subcontractors correspondences and reports;
Review of any project related correspondence and proposing a suitable strategy for preparing the response and advising on potential commercial/ contractual implications arising therefrom;
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to project staffs and to provide contract awareness, interpretation and advice to project team;
Preparation of final accounts and variation submission;
Assist in ISO audit and implementation; and
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor&aposs Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with 10 - 15 years relevant working experience.
Preferably have experience in construction/roadworks LTA Projects.
