- Assist the General Manager during the bidding process with activities such as issuing the RFP, receive and analyze the proposals and preparation of the BAW.
- Support the team with all necessary duties to develop and deliver comprehensive design and construction contracts.
- Ensure change management outcomes are captured and reflected within Timberline.
- Provide formal responses to contractual matters.
- Providing support in the tracking, expediting, collecting and collating contractor's daily, weekly and monthly reports and other regular data submissions.
- Manage bidding process activities ranging from facilitating issuance of the RFP, providing analysis of tender returns and finalize preparation of the BAW.
- Approve payment certificate of supply chain partners.
- All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and corporate operating procedures and policies.
