We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Aviation Planner to lead and expand our aviation design and planning capabilities within a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. This role combines technical excellence in airport planning with strong commercial acumen and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Aviation Planning & Design Leadership
- Lead airport planning and design (terminals, airside, landside)
- Prepare master plans, feasibility studies, and capacity assessments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Techno-Commercial Management
- Lead RFP responses and bid strategies
- Track project profitability and performance
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and pursue aviation opportunities
- Develop client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead presentations and industry engagement
- Support market positioning and branding
- Define growth strategies with leadership
Department Growth & Strategy
- Expand aviation planning department
- Recruit and build high-performing teams
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Min 10+ years of experience and good track records in aviation planning
- Strong techno-commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Client and stakeholder management expertise
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards
