Our client is a world-renowned energy infrastructure company. They are currently looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist with strong hands-on experience within the EPCs sector to join their team in Singapore.

Role & responsibilities:
Manages end-to-end sourcing, high-level negotiations, and complex contract administration to acquire goods/services at the best value.
Develop annual procurement plan and budget.
Perform spend analysis, contract analysis, categories review and process improvement.
Lead complex RFx (RFP/RFQ) processes, negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Researching, evaluating and selecting suppliers and vendors.
Assess vendor performance, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with quality and contractual requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies, analyze market trends and spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Work with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Operations and Projects) to identify purchasing needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or related field.
10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement.
Prior Processing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction(EPC) services sector and background are highly advantageous.
Strong hands-on experience in tendering and knowledge of contract law.
Strong change management, coaching and partnering skills.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are crucial.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with China counterparts and affiliates.
