Job Description & Requirements
- Manage full spectrum of Tender process.
- Review contract documents.
- Cost, change and claim management.
- Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders.
- Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation.
- Monitor and manager project budget, contract revenue and cash flow.
- Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience is required with at least 4 years in similar positions.
- Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
- Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
- Background in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
