The company delivers complex projects in the infrastructure and construction sector and places strong emphasis on commercial governance, risk management, and contract performance. The position supports regional operations and works closely with project, legal, and leadership teams across ASEAN.
Your new role
- Lead commercial and contractual risk management across projects in Singapore and Malaysia, covering both pre‑contract and delivery stages.
- Support tenders through contract review, risk assessment, negotiation of departures, and development of commercial strategies.
- Provide commercial guidance during project execution, including contract compliance, change management, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Support procurement activities, subcontract negotiations, and contractual close‑out reviews.
- Monitor commercial performance, engage legal advisors when required, and promote best‑practice commercial processes across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management construction law qualifications are an advantage.
- 12+ years of construction contracting experience, including senior commercial or contractual leadership exposure.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and ability to manage contractual risk.
