- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies across Southeast Asia (SEA) to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and align with overarching corporate goals
- Oversee planning, inventory management, customer service, logistics, and warehousing to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, cross-border supply chain team, fostering professional growth and skill development
- Drive continuous improvement in demand-driven processes to reduce aging inventory, minimize write-offs, and eliminate the need for expedited shipping
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with procurement and business units to continuously optimize the warehouse and logistics provider network
- Spearhead automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows and ensure stringent system compliance across site operations
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration,chemical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive supply chain experience, including a leadership role within a chemical manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, transportation, and warehousing
- Comfortable to work at east of Singapore (Tampines / Pasir Ris)
