We are looking for a 6-monthsContract HR Executive (Recruitment) to join our HR team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and support employer branding initiatives. You will also assist with onboarding, recruitment events, and HR projects. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment checks), including proactive candidate hunting.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
- Assist with onboarding processes and HR projects such as career fairs and process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years recruitment experience (in-house preferred).
- Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office HRIS/ATS experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills organised and adaptable team player.
- Able to commit 6 months contract.
