JOBSCOPE:
1. Plan, shoot and edit video and photo content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, interviews, skits, event coverage and brand storytelling.
2. Provide videography and photography coverage for corporate events, activations and campaigns.
3. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
4. Handle end-to-end production workflow from concept development, filming to final post-production editing.
5. Execute video shoots including camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording and on-site production coordination.
6. Perform post-production editing including video cutting, colour grading, subtitles, sound effects and basic motion graphics.
7. Produce short-form content optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of social media content to support marketing campaigns.
9. Prepare and adapt content assets for various social media formats (vertical, square, landscape).
10. Assist with publishing or scheduling content on social media platforms when required.
11. Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
12. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and digital content.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Film, Media Production, Broadcasting or related field.
Strong videography and photography skills with good understanding of lighting, framing and storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience with colour grading (DaVinci Resolve or similar) will be an advantage.
Familiarity with short-form content editing styles for social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of audio and lighting production.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
Motion graphics, animation or design skills will be an added advantage.
