Multimedia Designer (Lead)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design & Development

• Design high-impact visual assets (graphics, icons, videos, animations, 3D models, and interactive content) to communicate complex messages effectively

• Craft intuitive user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) for web, mobile, and interactive applications, ensuring visual consistency and usability

• Produce 2D/3D animations for video, web, and interactive platforms

• Develop 3D textures, lighting, low-poly modelling, and compositing (track mattes, masking, shot tracking

• Create detailed storyboards to visualize narrative flow, animation sequences, and interactive user journeys

2. Technical Execution

• Master industry-standard tools: Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Autodesk (3DS Max, Maya), and 3D Studio Max

• Optimize multimedia content for cross-platform compatibility (web, mobile, video) and ensure seamless performance

• Troubleshoot technical challenges and conduct QA testing to ensure flawless delivery

3. Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align multimedia elements with project goals

• Research emerging trends in interactive design, AR/VR, and generative AI tools to elevate creative output

• Support ad-hoc projects, including video production, marketing collateral, and R&D prototypes

4.Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to review content and incorporate feedback

• Manage development timelines, revisions and deliverables across multiple projects

• Maintain documentation and review records

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D/3D animation, VFX, and motion graphics

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D software (Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max)

• Experience in storyboarding and translating concepts into compelling visual narratives

• Strong grasp of compositing techniques (masking, tracking, lighting) and 3D modelling/texturing

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field
