What is the job about
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer / Photo Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys capturing compelling visuals, understand property and lifestyle photography, and can deliver polished images under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
Photography
- Capture high-quality photographs for:
- Property features (residential, commercial, showflats, developments)
- Editorial stories and interviews
- Events, launches, and corporate activities
- Plan and execute photoshoots, including lighting setup, composition, and staging where required
- Ensure consistency in image quality and visual standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Travel to various locations across Singapore for assignments
PhotoEditing & Post-Production:
- Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs using professional editing software
- Perform colour correction, cropping, resizing, and optimization for print and digital use
- Select and curate images for editorial layouts, marketing materials, and social media
- Maintain organized photo archives and file management systems
Collaboration & Workflow:
- Work closely with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to understand visual requirements
- Meeting tight production deadlines for publications and campaigns
- Ensure all images comply with copyright and licensing requirements
- Support adhoc visual content needs when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant photography and photo editing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
- Strong understanding of: Lighting techniques, Composition and visual storytelling and Image retouching and colour correction
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Good time management and attention to details
- Comfortable with fieldwork and occasional weekend or evening assignments
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in property, architectural, or interior photography
- Basic videography or short-form content creation skills
- Drone photography license or experience
- Familiarity with social media content formats
