Under SHRI Corporate Consultancy, our team partners with client organisations to drive holistic HR and Organisation Transformation-navigating complex change, unlocking growth, strengthening competitive edge, and delivering measurable impact.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Consulting team, you will be exposed to real client engagements and special projects that will deepen your technical skills, industry understanding and enrich your career.

Consulting [30%]

• Participate in discovery calls and maintain client database
• Pursue consulting leads and update leads tracker
• Producer role focusing on logistics, execution and admin support

Project Lead for Career Conversion Programme-Human Capital Professionals [50%]

• Drive success in annual CCP-HCP placements
• End-to-end project management and execution when interfacing with WSG, client firms and applicants
• Collaborate with Finance on grant disbursements

Producer for SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme [10%]

• Support in charting the direction for SCTP runs in 2025/26
• Logistics, execution and admin support

Other Programmes & Events [10%]

• Bespoke SHRI industry initiatives coordinate panelists, speakers, vendors and partners (i.e. NTUC, SAFRA, HPB, IHLs)
• Collaborate with SHRI Academy on venue logistics

About the Talent

• Highly systematic and meticulous self-starter, results-driven, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in and across teams
• Capable of navigating complexity and shifting priorities
• An excellent communicator
• Bringing work experience of 0 - 2 years in Consulting, Professional Bodies, Professional Services sector or equivalent
