Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Worker Supervisor to join our team at Elldams Construction & Transportation Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently, and coordinate manpower to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors on-site
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily work schedules to meet project milestones
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations (WSH)
- Inspect work progress and quality, resolving any issues promptly
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on project requirements
- Maintain accurate site reports, attendance, and material usage records
- Train and guide workers to improve skills and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to read drawings and coordinate various trades effectively
- Possess valid safety certifications (e.g. WSQ, BCSS) preferred
- Able to work at different job sites and flexible hours when required
