Daily reporting on project progress and site conditions to the Project Manager.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on-site.
Resolve site issues, delays, or discrepancies effectively.
Able to work independently and supervise a team of workers
Willing to work at project sites and handle physical work & hands-on eg erecting scaffolds, formwork construction, fixing reinforcement bars, and casting of concrete
Ensure smooth progress of site work.
Assessing and managing safety hazards, ensuring workers comply fully site safety requirements
Supervise and lead workers to perform on-site work for Carpentry Formworks and reinforcement of concrete works.
Ensure All Timber Formwork, Structural reinforcement, and job as per SS requirements
Able to read drawings
Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ metal Formwork knowledge
Able to do the costing of Formwork materials
Responsible for reading and interpreting drawings
Calculation quantity of material requirement
Prepare Cut, bend, and prepare rebar and mesh for installation using tools like metal shears, hacksaws, and torches
Installing, positioning, and securing reinforcing rods, cables, mesh, or rebar in concrete forms using fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches, or hand tools
Hoisting & lifting to organize the hoisting of components by connecting cables and slings to the components and directing crane operators
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Must be able to work in day or night shift if required.
Must be able to work in weekends or public holidays if needed.
Possess a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate.
Possess a Certificate in Lifting Supervisor.
Possess Certificate in Scaffold Supervisor
Possess a relevant BCA-skilled certificate
At least 3 years of experience in building construction, especially in formwork construction, reinforcement bar installation
