We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join R&S Construction and Design Pte Ltd, a fast-growing interior fit-out and renovation company in Singapore. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with subcontractors and workers to achieve timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate daily site operations and workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and building management requirements .
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth progress.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, M&E layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor project schedule, quality standards, and report site progress to Project Manager/Director.
- Handle site issues promptly and provide practical solutions.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare checklists, and ensure defects rectification before handover.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of Singapore local working experience in construction or interior fit-out industry (commercial/retail/restaurant/office projects preferred).
- Minimum Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings, M&E layouts, and construction details.
- Good knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage multi-national workforce.
- Independent, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
- Candidates with Singapore driving licence will have an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
