Key Responsibilities
- Work Supervision:Oversee daily site operations, direct multiple crews, and ensure tasks are completed according to specifications and deadlines.
- Resource Management:Allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively to support project goals.
- Quality Assurance:Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to project standards and procedures.
- Safety Enforcement:Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Problem Solving:Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, or unforeseen delays on the job site to ensure smooth project progression.
- Communication & Coordination:Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, clients, and other parties.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and manage relevant documentation and contracts.
- Technical Guidance:Provide technical guidance to workers based on construction drawings and specifications.
