Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in the daily supervision and coordination of building works.
  • Supervise and manage the work of contractors, subcontractors, and in-house teams on-site.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress and quality of workmanship to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide clear, practical instructions to workers.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, project requirements, and scope of work.
  • Identify and address potential risks, delays, or quality concerns proactively.
