Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate tiling works at project sites, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Manage and lead site workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and finishing meet required standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients on project requirements and updates.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports, work progress updates, and resolve site issues.
- Monitor use of materials and control wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe practices at worksite.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in construction, preferably in tiling works.
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and installation standards.
- Familiar with workplace safety regulations and able to enforce compliance on-site.
- Good leadership and communication skills to manage workers and liaise with stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet project deadlines.
