ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

- Supervising production with production staff and management

- Ensuring quality standards and inspecting products

- Implementing safety protocols and procedures

- Managing production schedules and deadlines

-Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawing

-Ensured quality control for all aspects of the project, reducing defect

-Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
-Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports
