Job Description:
- Responsible for daily coordination of works on-site.
- Able to lead a team of workers to complete tasks assigned.
- Responsible for coordination between client and sub-contractors
- Responsible for overall progress of project schedule.
- Manage team to submission of method statements, drawings, materials samples, and work progress
- Manage workers to carry out stock keeping of spare parts and housekeeping duties
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Experience in private residential projects preferred (landed/terrace/bungalow)Independent and driven personality.
- Experience in handling projects and proven track record with strong background.
- Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
- Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
