Construction Supervisor- Process Equipment-Pharma-January Start

We are currently looking for a Construction Supervisor-Process Equipment to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, alignment, and anchoring of process equipment (bioreactors, skids, vessels, columns, CIP/SIP systems) in pharma greenfield projects in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily on-site construction activities with civil, structural, mechanical, E&I, and vendor teams to ensure safe and efficient equipment installation sequences.
• Verify compliance with GMP, ASME, ISPE, and project quality requirements during equipment handling, erection, and setting-to-work.
• Review and execute method statements, lifting plans, and risk assessments enforce site safety rules and permit-to-work systems.
• Interface with equipment vendors and OEMs during delivery, installation, FAT/SAT support, and punch-list closure.
• Conduct installation inspections, dimensional checks, and mechanical completion walkdowns support turnover to CQV teams.
• Track installation progress against schedule identify clashes, constructability issues, and deviations, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure accurate as-built documentation, redlines, installation records, and handover dossiers for downstream commissioning and validation.
