Job Description

  • Site Operations: Supervise daily construction activities, assign tasks to crew members, and maintain work flow.
  • Safety Enforcement: Inspect job sites regularly, enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Quality Control: Check work against blueprints, building plans, and specifications to meet quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Monitor inventory, order necessary building materials and equipment, and coordinate site logistics.
  • Education: High school diploma required a diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience in the construction industry, often starting as a tradesperson or assistant.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and reading architectural/structural blueprints
