Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities and monitor work progress to match project schedules.
• Safety Enforcement: Ensure all on-site personnel follow health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Coordination: Act as the link between workers, subcontractors, project managers, and architects.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials, equipment, and finished work to meet project specifications.
• Problem Solving: Resolve on-site disputes, delays, or logistical issues quickly.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, attendance records, and progress reports for stakeholders.
