CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery through effective supervision, coordination, and resource management

.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines and daily work progress, reporting issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, regulations, and company policies.
  
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  
• Manage site materials and equipment to minimize wastage and optimize resource use.
  
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, manpower, and materials for accurate documentation.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to site workers and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
  

Required Competencies & Certifications

• Possess a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.
  
• Minimum ITE / Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  
• At least 2-5 years of relevant site supervisory experience in construction projects.
  
• Familiarity with local building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
  

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, site reporting software) to support site documentation and reporting.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to liaise with workers of diverse nationalities.
  
• Willingness to work at various site locations in Singapore.
